Ring lost on 15 August: search at 5:30 am, two hours and found
Searching a packed beach in full daylight is nearly impossible. That is why, when needed, we start at dawn.
Why at dawn
At 5:30 the beach is empty: no umbrellas to move, no sunbeds, no interference. The sand is still as it was the night before and the cleaning machine has often not passed yet.
Two hours of sweeping
Grid search over the whole area used the previous day, discriminating metal litter — ring pulls, coins, caps — from the gold signal.
The result
Ring found and returned before the beach filled up.
We work outside normal hours

I am moved to have met such a wonderful person who, on 15 August at 5:30 in the morning, spent two hours helping me find my wedding ring!
Frequently asked questions
Can you search a crowded beach?+
During the day it is very hard: umbrellas, sunbeds and people prevent an orderly sweep. The answer is to search at dawn or after closing time, when the beach is clear.
Do you work on public holidays and at night?+
Yes. The most effective searches often happen at dawn, sunset or at night, holidays included. Just message us on WhatsApp with the beach and the time of the loss.
How long does such a search take?+
Usually one to three hours, depending on the size of the area and how much metal litter is buried in the sand.
