Wedding ring lost on Grado beach: recovered on 29 June 2025
Grado has fine, compact sand and very busy beaches: two factors that change the way we search compared to Lignano.
The call
Late June, main Grado beach. The owner only noticed the missing ring while packing up, so the exact loss point was unknown and the search area much larger.
Strategy for a wide area
With no known point we work by priority: umbrella spot and perimeter first, then the corridor to the sea, then the waterline, finally the path to the bar and toilets. Most recoveries end in the first two phases.
The find
A solid signal along the corridor to the sea: the ring had slipped off while drying hands with a towel. Returned in the same visit.
